Booking and Confirmation

All bookings can be made through our website, over the phone, or via email. To ensure the best service, we recommend booking in advance. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of all necessary details, including:

Pricing and Payment

Payment Terms:

  • For airport transfers and corporate transfers, payment is typically required before the service is rendered.

  • Failure to make payment before the service starts may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Sydney Chauffeur Maxi understands that plans may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your booking. However, cancellations are subject to the following policies:

Cancellation Charges:

  • More than 24 hours before service: No cancellation fee will apply, and a full refund will be provided.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: A cancellation fee of 30% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • No-show: If the passenger does not show up at the designated time and place without prior notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method. If a service is canceled by Sydney Chauffeur  Maxi due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle breakdowns or driver unavailability), a full refund or an alternative arrangement will be offered.

Passenger Responsibilities

All passengers using Sydney Chauffeur Maxi services are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Seatbelt Requirement: Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
  • Prohibited Items: Alcohol consumption, smoking, and the carrying of hazardous or illegal materials are strictly prohibited.
  • Property Damage: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their trip, including spills, stains, or physical damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
  • Respectful Behavior: Any rude, inappropriate, or dangerous behavior toward the driver will result in the immediate termination of service, and the passenger may be liable for any costs incurred.

Chauffeur Responsibilities

Vehicle Use and Care

  • Passenger Limits: Each vehicle has a maximum passenger capacity, which must be respected. For example, a Premium Sedan may accommodate up to 3 passengers, while a Mercedes Sprinter Van can accommodate larger groups.
  • Vehicle Cleanliness: Passengers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
